Taste: An overwelming tidal wave of sugar cane, sweet molasses, and German chocolate cake that is followed by a hint of mint.

Impression: An excellent after dinner dessert rye. The Angel's Envy Finished Rye can feel like pouring a whole pixie stick into your mouth if you are accustomed to more traditional ryes. We recommend that you add a splash of limestone branch water to dilute the sweetness and bring forth more of the subtle nuances of this rye. We have noticed that when in groups of people, that the ladies prefer this rye. It's an excellent rye to introduce your wife or girlfriend to the realm of whiskey.
