Nose. Oak, Toasted Marshmallows, Mild Baking Spices, Candied Corn
Taste: Honey suckle sweetness on the front of the tongue followed toasted nuts in the middle of the tongue and a minty astringency at the posterior pallet.
Body: Very thin
Finish: Only a small amount of cinnamon burn on the finish that disappears quickly
Personality: Demi Levato
Notes: A very sweet tasting Rye offering from basil Hayden. We expected a lot more spice on the palate from A rye offering. We recommend this Rye for mixed cocktails.
