Color: Straw
Nose: Peanuts, Spice, Honey, Oak, and Vanilla
Taste: Honey sweetness on the front of the palate that continues on into the mid-palate combined with nuts followed by mint and leather on the hind palate
Finish: Only a hint of black pepper burn that is very mild
Body: Thin

Impression: The shinning star of this whiskey is the nose. We expected there to be a lot more complexity on the palate based on the olfactory experience, however the intricacies that we found on the nose were wanting on the palate.
