Focaccia Bread- 8 to 24 hrs ahead of time create a starter culture with 1/2 cup AP flour, 1/4 tsp yeast and 1/3 cup of water 100-110 degrees. Cover with plastic and let sit at room temp. Then add 2.5 cups AP flour, 1 tsp yeast, 1 1/4 cup water at 100-110 degrees mix with starter for 1 min. Put plastic wrap on and let sit 15 min. Then add 2 tsp kosher salt and cover for 30 min. Then fold dough with oiled rubber spatula 8 X and let sit for 30 min. Repeat for 3x total every 30 min. Cut dough in half and shape into a ball and put each in a 9 inch cake pan with 2 tbsp olive and 1/2 tsp kosher salt on the bottoms. Flip each over and cover with plastic wrap and let sit 5 min. Then press dough into edges of pan and poke with for 25-30x and sprinkle 1 tbsp chopped rosemary on each. Put baking stone on upper middle rack of 500 degree oven then turn down to 450 and put Dough in for 28 min and rotate half way through . Then take out of cake pans and let rest on metal rack for 30 min and brush the olive oil from the pan on top...adapted from season 11 ATK

Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey

Color: Russet
Nose: Oak, Spice, Caramel, and Peanuts
Taste: Honey on the front of the palate followed by coconut on the mid-palate and mint astringency on the sides of the tongue
Finish: Nice black pepper burn that lingers ever so slightly
Body: Thin to medium

Personality: Roy Oswalt

Impression: Bernheim original wheated whiskey is a great whiskey for the price.

While we found that is as not as complex as other whiskies it does offer up some of the classic notes of wheated whiskey.
