Buttermilk Waffles: dry ingredients- 2 cups AP flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 3/4 tsp table salt, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 cup dry buttermilk whisk until combined. Wet ingredients- 2 whole large eggs, 1/4 tsp vainilla, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup vegetable oil. Whisk together. Add 1 1/4 cup seltzer water and stir gently. Combine wet into dry ingredients.
