Impression: We like the long black pepper finish that is the dominant feature of this bourbon. When the whiskey first hits your tongue, you notice the leather and doughy bread that is immediately replaced by the black pepper finish. A splash of limestone branch water can tame the black pepper, but we recommend that you drink it neat to appreciate the this bourbon.
