Thick and chewy chocolate chip cookies: dry ingredients- 2 cups AP flour and 2 tbsp flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking soda whisk together. In stand mixer- add 1 cup light brown sugar, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 12 tbsp melted butter blend for 10 sec then add 1 whole egg and 1 egg yolk and 2 tsp vanilla and blend medium speed the. Add dry ingredients and blend 10 sec then add 1.5 cups chocolate chips. Form into balls of 1/4 cup dough on parchment paper lined baking sheets and bake 325 for 18 minutes middle and Lower racks and rotate 1/2 way through. Let rest an hour on wire rack. Taste: Crème brûlée and chocolate that predominates at the front of the pallet and then gently fades into a sweet pipe tobacco and leather.

Notes: although the bottle is not labeled as such, we found that this select bottling for pogo liquor reminded us of cowboy. This is 11 of 13 on their bottling. It is such a shame that they only got such a limited number of bottles out of the barrel. The angels got the rest.
