Impression: Just like the man himself, Jack Daniel's Frank Sinatra Select is a classically grafted whiskey that embodies the essence of sophistication. Made with special barrels with grooved staves allowing for a greater surface area in which the whiskey can have more exposure and interaction with the wood allowing for a wonderfully balanced oak flavor that is not found in the Old Number 7. We appreciate that Jack Daniels brought the proof back up to the original benchmark of 90 where they once were before they lowered their whiskey on two separate occasions to land at 80 proof.
