Taste: Honeysuckle on the front of the pallet followed by just a hint of coffee that is quickly followed by leather astringency that coats the sides of the tongue and back of the pallet.
Finish: cinnamon followed by mint that lingers

Impression: These Knob Creek 2001 Limited Editions are unique and very enjoyable to drink. We recommend that you try to get your hands on them while they last. So far we would put Batch 1 as the clear winner.
