Color: Deep gold
Nose: This bourbon has a fantastic nose. You are first greeted with caramel followed just a hint of baking spices and cinnamon. The spices do not overwhelm the nose. One of the best noses we’ve had in a long time.
Taste: The front of the tongue is coated with salted caramel and honey while the sides of the tongue and the palate enjoy a refreshing spearmint flavor. There is just a hint of an oak note in the background and a very pleasing aromtic citrus that appears at the end.
Body: Medium
Finish: A long, smooth finish with a black pepper spice.
