90 Proof
Color: Copper
Nose: Oak, Cardamom, Spice, Toasted Nuts
Taste: Honey Suckle, Bread, and Leather
Body: Medium
Finish: Nice Cinnamon Burn at the end that lingers

Impression: This bourbon reminds us of taste and smells of Christmas. The spices and bread meld together nicely and the cinnamon on the finish leaves you with a warm feeling. We recommend that you enjoy it neat or on the rocks.
Banana Bread: Heat 5 ripe bananas in microwave in Pyrex mixing bowl with plastic wrap over top for 5 min. Drain the banana juice into a sauce pan and reduce until it is 1/4 cup. Add back to the bananas and add 1 tsp vanilla, 1 stick melted butter, 3/4 cup brown sugar and two whole eggs. Whisk together and combine with the following dry ingredients: 1 3/4 cup AP flour, 1/2 tsp table salt, 1 tsp baking soda and 1/2 cup roasted walnuts. Combine with rubber spatula and put batter in a vegetable oil sprayed baking loaf pan and shingle the perimeter with sliced bananas. Bake at 350 middle rack one hour and rotate at 30 min. Let cool on wire rack in baking pan for 15 min then remove the bread...adapted from season 11 ATK
