Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Barrel Proof - Unfiltered

Color: Gingerbread
Nose: Caramel and Oak with a hint of Cardamon and Kettle Corn
Taste: Sweet Carmelized Nuts with Chocolate
Body: Heavy
Finish: Smooth with a Earthy Burn on the back of the pallet
Personality: Bruce Campbell

Impression:  An incredible bourbon that is best served with just a splash of water to open up the nose and level out the finish

Farmhouse vegetable and barley soup: in Dutch oven, sautee 1.5 pounds of roughly cut leeks, 1 whole roughly chopped white onion, 2 chopped carrots, 2 chopped celery ribs in 2 tbsp butter for 10 minutes with 2 tsp soy sauce and 2 tsp salt. After 10 minutes Add 6 cups water and 4 cups chicken broth and an herb bouquet of parsley, bay leaf and thyme with 1 smashed garlic and bring to a boil then add 1/2 cup melted barley and partially cover and simmer for 25 minutes. Then with lid off add 1 pound white button mushrooms, 1 chopped turnip, 1.5 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, 1 chopped green cabbage and cook 18 minutes. Then add 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 cup frozen peas, 1 cup chopped parsley and serve....adapted season 13 ATK

Pork Schnitzel - take 7 slices white bread and cube them and microwave at medium power for 7 minutes. Put In food processor until fine .  Take 1 1/4 pounds of pork tenderloin and cut on an angle in 4 equal parts. Pound out to 1/4 inch fillets. Season with salt and pepper. Add to breading station : flour - whole eggs - bread crumbs. Fry in 375 olive oil Dutch oven. Make a caper white wine shallot sauce and garnish with lemon. And parsley
