The Yamazaki

Aged 12 Years

Tasting Notes

Single Malt

Japanese Whiskey

Color: Honey Amber
Nose: Vegetal, Spice, Carmel, and Orange
Taste: Carmel, Leather, Toast
Finish: Smooth Fresh Spearmint
Body: Thin

Personality: Bobby Martinez (The Surfer)

Impression: We think that this single malt whiskey from Japan is more bourbon in nature than scotch-like. It has an excellent taste, but the vegetal notes on the nose and palate can overwhelm the other flavor components.
