Thomas H Handy Sazerac

Tasting Notes

Color: Copper
Nose: Caramell, almonds, vanilla, oak, baking spice, and citrus
Taste:  Banana bread, oak, charcoal, and and just a hint of dark fruit.
Body: Thick and chewy
Finish: A cinnamon slow smoldering burn. One of the best finishes we have ever tasted
Personality: Chris Perri
Notes: The Thomas Handy Sazerac rye from the Buffalo trace antique collection is one of their best offerings. This straight rye whiskey is something that you eat instead of drinking. It is so thick and chewy with so many complexities that it is like a meal itself.
